VP Prime Synthetics Middle Office Manager – Based in Hong Kong recruitment
The Hong Kong office of a leading Global Investment Bank has an opportunity within their Prime business for a talented individual to manage their Synthetics Middle Office team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with the front office, acting as the point of escalation and senior contact for Operations. You will be responsible for a team of 7, focused on developing their skills and career within the organisation. The role will include a lot of project involvement as the business focuses on improving processes and systems within the Prime business. Your input into these projects as an SME and leader will be crucial to their success. This is an important hire for the firm as they continue to grow in Asia, and will offer a strong platform to grow and progress your career.
To apply, candidates must possess:
* Strong people management experience
* Direct Prime Brokerage experience
* Excellent knowledge of synthetic products such as CFDs, P swaps, Total return swaps etc
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with the Front office
* Fluency in English is essential
* Project Management skills and proven ability to improve processes
