Job Summary
Running Private Equity Deals from Start to Finish - Multiple Sectors. Hands on role from LBO modelling, overseeing portfolio companies, sitting on boards of firms, Reports to MD.
Company portfolio management, with Management of firms reporting to this position
Restructuring of debt for portfolio firm.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business or similar field from a top-tier school;
- MBA – Just completed or in process
- Arabic Language Essential
- CFA preferred
- International bulge bracket investment banking experience or global Private Equity Firm
- Western Educated
- LBO modelling
Work experience in either
- International bulge bracket investment banking experience or global Private Equity Firm Then moved into a regional Investment bank or Private Equity Position.
- Global and regional mix is required.
As well as
- Understanding of Region in particular North Africa and GCC: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar Bahrain
- Active experience working with live deal processes required;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
- Self-starter; has confidence in asking questions and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Solid organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to prioritize;
- Mature with proven judgment, strong executive presence; and
- Copes will with pressure in a deadline driven environment.
- Willing and able to travel across the region
