VP – Private Equity Fund recruitment
Our client is a top global private equity fund, with massive liquid assets ready for investment. They are now looking to add a VP to their London team, who will work on MBO and LBO deals for the fund. Whilst you will primarily look at deals in Europe, you may also work on investments outside Europe with the rest of the global team. The role will work on the origination and execution of deals and the management of transactions and investments from inception to completion. This would involve due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, valuations, management of outside advisors, supervision of junior members of the team. Its a senior role within the group, and needs an accomplished investment professional who has the capability to manage large parts of transactions from beginning to end. They are interested in meeting with candidates who will have a background in private equity or principal investing from another private equity fund. The successful candidate with probably have at least three years private equity experience, and been trained by one of the leading investment banks.
