VP – Private Equity – M&A recruitment
Our client is one of the global leading private equity firms and are currently looking to expand their investment team in Hong Kong with a focus on equity investments, recap, and buyouts of growth companies in the APAC region
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Managing Director, the potential candidate will be using quantitative and qualitative analytical tools to evaluate investment opportunities, working with the team in making or evaluating investment decisions and identifying opportunities in the China market.
Requirements:
- Experience of origination and execution in the China market
- Business school, post graduate education or MBA is preferred
- At least 10 years of a combination of IBD and Private Equity experience with a strong focus in China market an advantage
- Excellent technical skills: financial modelling, valuation, projections, benchmarking etc.
- Strong industry and company research skills
- Fluent Mandarin
