VP – Private Equity recruitment
As part of building the relevant investment team, we look to hire a talented private equity professional for the role of Deal Team Manager at our investment team.
Ideal candidate will have the willingness to operate in a new build-up situation (that has a dynamic and ambitious work environment) and should be able to strongly interact with the senior members of the team on different aspects of the business.
Professional Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of experience; out of which at least 2 years in the private equity, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions
- Financial modeling, sector / industry research and investment memo writing skills is key
- Ability to work with due diligence service providers and management of portfolio companies
- Ability to work with portfolio companies and manage post acquisition initiatives
- Openness and willingness to learn is key since the candidate will be part of a new team
- Teamwork and ability to multi task and work independently
- Knowledge of the Saudi local market is a strong plus
- Arabic speaker is plus
- Background in management consulting or operations is also a plus
Educational Background:
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline
- MBA is a plus
