VP – Private Equity Shanghai – Due Diligence / BIG 4 Transaction Advisory background – North Asia, China – Shanghai recruitment
Due to strong capital inflow, the firm are aggressively seeking investment opportunities, and so seek an experienced professional to help execute the deal flow.You will be working in a firm which respects and nurtures their employees and put added emphasis onto training and achieving success.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing market expertise for growth focused equity investment opportunities within the Mid Cap space
- Evaluating individual opportunities for presentation to the investment committee and playing a lead role in deal execution
- Ability and proven track record of orginations
- Strategic input into in Valuations and Exits
- Strong financial modelling skills, research
- Team player in whole deal cycle, reviewing all financial due diligence of transactions
To apply you must meet the following criteria`s:
- CICPA required
- Outstanding academic background from a globally prestigious University, include GPA**
- Must be at Manager/Senior Manager level in a Big 4- transaction advisory
- Must be willing to be relocate Shanghai
- Have excellent commercial acumen and a strong transaction track record
- Be comfortable with strong financial modelling and research
- Strong board / investor level presentation skills
- Language skills, specifically Mandarin is required
