VP Product Control | Metals | Singapore
We are looking for candidates who have strong Product Control, Risk, PL, Trade Support or Middle Office experience for a new role with a leading International Bank. This desk covers both Paper and Physical products.
This role sits in Singapore and deals with the Asian market. Candidates should have had exposure to Metals products.

Responsibilities for the Product Control Commodities, Metals position:
- Asia coverage; Product Control and Risk
- Be the point person for Product Control and PL matters across the Asian Metals business
- Work with Front Office teams on trade issues
- Ensure Risk is managed effectively within limits and controls
- Ensure Systems are efficient; make any necessary improvements to the systems and processes
- Work with Front Office teams and regional business units on all Product related matter
Requirements for the Product Control Commodities, Metals position:
- A strong understanding of Commodities across Paper and Physical products; Metals knowledge is crucial
- At least 7 or 8 years of experience in Risk, Product Control or a Trade Support function
- Strong Commodities knowledge
- A strong Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
- Strong communication skills and experience working with the Front Office
