VP Product Controller
The successful candidate will become the key point of contact for all desks and their respective business heads for daily profit and loss queries, responding to traders, profit and loss valuations etc.
As you will be dealing with product specialists from all different areas of the business, the client is flexible with which products you currently cover.
As a Product Control Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and lead the staff involved in the daily processes for each of the desks. (The team is currently 4 people)
- Build rapport and credibility with each of the desk heads and the first port of call
- Driving change to issue resolution at underlying data sources with involvement of operations, market risk groups. Accurate and timely bonus calculations.
- Work with CEO and CFO on business performance.
You will have good analytical and communication skills. Have a self-starter attitude which is complimented with a hands-on approach to tasks. Demonstrate gravitas to more junior members of staff wanting to learn about different products.
