VP – Programme Manager – Finance Change recruitment

The roles sit within their respective Finance Change functions and deliver strategic change across all of finance from a process systems perspective covering Product Control, Financial Control and Operations functions. Key objectives are to standardise global processes across regions businesses as well as looking to align Finance Risk and take into consideration the ever growing regulatory pressures within the market. They require Implementation Project Manager that could play a key role and would be responsible for any related global functional releases, where required, working with programme design, Building, test, Data and Migration teams. Full management of MD level stakeholders / sponsors will also be a necessity.

Successful candidate will have:

-Proven project management and implementation experience within large programmes of finance change

-Previous experience within a Finance related function in an Investment Bank

-Experience of managing phased projects and the full development lifecycle

-Successfully manages delivery on both long and short term deadlines

-Knowledge of Financial Control and Product Control functions as well as significant cross asset class product exposure

-Previously experience with management consultancy

-Qualified accountants will be at an advantage
