VP Project Management – Client Services recruitment
The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust governance and stakeholder management structure. This structure is intended to significantly increase the level communication and transparency to our key business relationships.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop a solid understanding of the overall department’s core functions, businesses, and change programs in order to ensure timely and complete governance/stakeholder updates
- Create a detailed governance/stakeholder management model which outlines the key stakeholder relationships, frequency of interaction required, standing agendas, etc.
- Produce presentations for each of the key stakeholder/governance meetings by working with the various data owners to consolidate information up for the relevant audiences
- Attend critical governance forums to obtain feedback/action points for future sessions as well as to present updates in lieu of key department owners as required
