VP Project Manager – IFRS Finance Change Programme Technical Accountant – Leading Investment Bank recruitment
Must be solid Project Manager who is a several year qualified accountant with solid IFRS. The role requires a high level of investment banking experience particularly performing the accounting analysis on structured trades and funds.
As Project Manager you will work as part of the implementation process will lead projects and interact with impacted clients including Accounting Policy, Accounting Product Control, Risk Management and the Finance Change functions. You will be responsible for ensuring that accounting policies (IFRS) are appropriately implemented and consistently applied throughout the bank.
Coordinate with Consolidation, Product Control and Legal Entity Controllers to ensure the impacted areas are identified, relevant accounting / reporting issues are addressed and reporting systems are able to provide necessary data.
