VP / Project Manager III (Customer Experience) As a Project Manager within Consumer Business Banking (CBB), you will manage medium to large scale projects focused on improving our customers experience across a variety of different channels, products, and businesses in pursuit of building the "One Chase" vision for our clients. This will require engagement of and impact on various businesses and functional areas across the Bank with projects/initiatives that span: process/operational improvements, product enhancements, technology changes, etc. Customer Experience is the #1 priority for our business and this will be a role that has high expectations, visibility, and impact! Seeking energized go-getters with a strong project management background. Core Responsibilities of the Position: Work with the business leadership in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives and, ensuring projects delivered meet the approved business requirements. Establish working relationships and routinely interface with: project sponsors, business stakeholders, Technology, Subject Matter Experts, Testing and other internal/external clients. Work closely with technology resources communicating the business needs while being the voice of the project as a whole throughout the project life cycle. Act as a communication channel between technology and the business for ongoing project management status and issues, opening up communication channels, coordinating messages and setting business expectations. Develop and manage Microsoft Project plans that will be the base documents to define roles, responsibilities and milestones for each project assigned Clearly define project objectives, the project team, success metrics, plan project deliverables with all impacted parties and oversee the execution of the overall plan. Ensure compliance of project and development activities with audit and risk policies in mind. Produce project reporting and tracking documentation, facilitating/leading/participating in meetings at the business, operational and project levels. Output includes status reporting, time tracking, Project and Stakeholder review decks, Project Plans, Agendas, Minutes, issue / defect tracking, etc. Manage requirements with the support of subject matter experts, identify all impacted groups and capture key project deliverables. Offer constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations and scope, assemble project teams, identify resource and/or scheduling conflicts, manage change control, function as an escalation point to keep all parties aware of new and ongoing tasks, assist in the facilitation of issue resolution
