VP, Projects Integration (Securities Derivatives Operations)
The role will provide business support to the various Functions in Operations and will manage operational projects, Business-As-Usual (BAU) and contingency back-up and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Roles:
• Establish, align and implement operational requirements in new initiatives, ensuring that operational standards of efficiency, sustainability and controls are met, along with business objectives.
• Plan and manage available resources within Operations to meet the demands of the initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Operations stakeholders to acquire resources for the completion of projects.
• Provide timely support for the various project initiatives in Operations.
• Ensure effective management of resources to meet demands of the initiatives.
Requirements:
• Good Bachelor degree in Business/Business Administration or any other related field.
• At least 8 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role in the securities or derivatives services industry.
• Project Management Certification would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Meticulous, independent and has high level of initiative.
• A team player who is self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
