VP recruitment
An independent, relationship-driven advisory firm whose professionals advise on all types of UK and European public and private company transactions ( 2005) are seeking an advisory professional to join their team. The firm has completed over 40 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of £12bn.
They are looking to recruit a senior associate/ VP to join their team. They are not looking for candidates from investment banks but people who are currently in a lead advisory team in an accountancy firm or people who are in a small boutique. The ACA qualification isnt essential but their main requirement is someone who has closed atleast 4/5 deals and have been involved in them from start to finish. They also want someone who feels comfortable dealing with senior management in PE firms.
If you have completed your ACA and did audit for 3 years before making a move into lead advisory then it is required that you have 3 years minimum in the lead advisory role.
The successful candidate must have also graduated from a top university and have excellent written and communication skills.
