VP, Regional Client Solutioning & Implementation
Understanding client requirements in relation to Functional Analysis Technical Analysis, you will provide consultation to the Sales team and participate in the deal making. You will be responsible for structuring the Cash Management solutions, in line with the client's objectives by analysis of the product and network capabilities. You will be involved in the identification and resolution of operational issues, if any and will monitor the major deals under implementation at different stages, as well as analyze new developments on account of regulatory and market changes for client solutioning purposes.
You will plan, implement and deliver medium/ large-scale regional or complex domestic Cash Management solutions by structuring solutions in line with the client's objectives. You will be responsible for the scheduling of timelines and efforts to implement the agreed Cash Management solution, tailoring detailed domestic implementation schedules and Service Level Agreement liaising, as well as coordinating efforts with other departments and leading other overseas offices to ensure services/ products are delivered in a coordinated approach.
You will review and manage the implementation progress by working directly with clients and other banks’ branches, and will review and provide inputs on implementation guides and procedure manuals on new product launches. You will also provide continual feedback on product features and functionalities to enhance marketability. You will monitor deals under implementation at different stages and work closely with the Bank's back office and IT to ensure smooth operationalization of a client deal.
Pre-requisites:
- Degree holder
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Cash Management implementation
- Possess thorough and diverse knowledge of banking products, services, system and procedures in the Asia Pacific region; acquired from at least 7 years of work experience in cash management and corporate banking
- Possess project management skills and experience; acquired from at least 5 years of work experience in managing and implementing projects
- Keen grasp of technology tools used in the Cash Management space
- High-level sales and business development experience, acquired from at least 3 years of work experience in product sales
- Able to work under pressure and handle a large portfolio of clients
- Good initiative and an outgoing team player who is innovative and proactive
