VP, Regional Finance Compliance, Investment Bank recruitment
This position will provide compliance support to the regional finance team which provides to support all key areas of the bank across APAC. This will include overseeing and coordinating the implementation of Global Compliance Programs regionally.
Responsibilities
- Identify, measure, and monitor both existing and emerging compliance risks.
- Documentation and maintenance of compliance programs.
- Developing an inventory of the key legal and regulatory requirements related to the activities administered by Finance
- Assess the inherent Risks and Controls
- Assisting in the development of a risk measurement framework, related metrics reporting.
- Administering and coordinating appropriate monitoring routines for managing risk.
- Partner with risk managers to administer programs and communicate risk in the overseas environment and that effect to US based business risk.
- Coordination with Regional compliance partners and LOB for regulatory exams and internal audits.
- Support for compliance risk aspects of regional change management projects
- Issue management across a broad range of Compliance topics including supervisory initiatives and regulatory changes
Requirements
- A university degree and at least 8 years work experience in financial services
- Broad knowledge of banking and related compliance requirements.
- An ability to manage collaborate on multiple complex Finance tasks simultaneously
- Extensive experience in finance systems
- Strong technical Finance knowledge in at least one of the Bank's core product areas
- Ability to manage research, analysis, issue management, collaboration reporting on internal external issues.
- Excellent communication skills
