Our client is an Equities / Securities Exchange Company with multiple divisions and business units operating across the globe. As part of continued growth, an all-rounded Marketing Communications opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing professional to join their Hong Kong office, covering the Asia region.
Reporting to the Regional CEO and Global Head of Marketing, you will be the lead person driving and managing the company's Asia marketing activities including communications, branding, sponsorship, events, advertising, media relations etc. You will work closely with all the business unit leaders in the region to develop marketing communications strategy and execute integrated marketing programs to support sales and business initiatives. You will develop integrated programs with a diverse range of medium and channels including digital, direct mail, advertising, conference / events, social media, etc. On the communications aspects, you will manage contents and production of marketing materials, pitches, news releases etc. In addition, you will manage relationships with journalists and media agencies for topical events as well as managing external vendors / third party partners on contract negotiations and events execution.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Minimum 8+ years Marketing Communications experience ideally with at least 3 years in the Securities, Brokerage, Equities, Investment Banking and / or Financial Services Technology space
- Asia regional experience is a MUST
- Some knowledge of the equities / securities trading industry would be ideal
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English AND either Cantonese or Mandarin
