VP, Regulatory MI
Global bank are currently recruiting for a VP for their regulatory team that sits within Group. This team is critical in terms of ensuring the business can manage RWA/Capital planning and making sure that the business runs the process to deliver that information.
Key role purpose is as below:
· Responsible for strategic development of the Group’s RWA/capital demand planning and forecasting initiatives including the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly latest estimates.
· Drive greater integration of business strategy, regulatory changes, portfolio risk, model development and internal and external governance into RWA/capital demand forecasting at every level of the organization.
· Strengthen the oversight capability of Group Finance in relation to the Group’s RWA/capital demand planning and forecasting to effectively and insightfully review and challenge global business and regional strategic plans.
· Coordination and implementation of the annual RWA target (limit) setting process, in close liaison with all global business, regional and global function stakeholders.
· Support Group Finance involvement in internal stress-testing initiatives and information requests pertaining to plan/forecast regulatory information
