VP , Regulatory Thresholds Advisor
Our client is a global Asset Management firm that is one of the world’s premium providers of investment solutions. They are currently looking for a VP Thresholds Disclosures Advisor to join the Regulatory Affairs team, which focuses on the management of key regulatory risks and relationships.
Key accountabilities include:
• Working with the operational team in an advisory capacity regarding all aspects of regulatory rules pertaining to shareholder reporting disclosures
• Working closely with internal and external legal counsel
• Interacting and communicating with various stakeholders across the business and in a professional and efficacious manner
• Escalating any threshold issues to compliance and legal management
• Carry out Reporting obligations in relation to large shareholders
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to confidently and cogently articulate matters of complexity. You should have prior experience in the thresholds space and knowledge of the reporting obligations of large shareholders from the UK and European regulators. This is an excellent chance to progress your career in a key advisory role, alongside some of the most reputable Compliance professionals in the industry.
