Overview:

Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses: Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.

The Deutsche Bank depositary receipt business forms part of the broader Global Equity Services business, which in turn is a division of Trust and Securities Services (TSS), part of the Deutsche Bank Global Banking Division.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the London based corporate client relationship management team to act as a relationship manager for the existing issuer client base within the UK and to provide sales support to the Client manager for Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

* Acting as a single point of contact for our client base, liaising with other sections of the Deutsche Bank depositary receipt business and other areas of Deutsche Bank
* Advising corporate clients of the activity within their depositary receipt program
* Coordination and hosting of regular program status meetings at the offices of the client
* Providing assistance and clarification to our client base with regards to the dividend payment process, annual general meetings, proxy voting and other corporate actions
* 'Translation' of local market corporate events in order to advise our clients as to their impact on the depositary receipt programme
* Liaison with the relevant stock exchanges and communication of exchange listing requirements
* Development of an Investor Relations strategy in conjunction with the issuer and our Investor Relations Servicing Group
* Advising clients on the appointment of potential Investor Relations consultancy firms where appropriate
* Promotion of the client depositary receipt programme through announcements, advertisements and newswire releases
* Assistance in the proactive flow of information between the client and their American Depositary Receipt (ADR) holders
* Provision of guidance and training to our client base at periodic group training sessions or through specific 'one-on-one' sessions
* Building a network of relationships within Deutsche Bank in order to obtain a detailed understanding of the overall Deutsche Bank relationship with each of our clients
* Preparation of periodic 'white papers' and bulletins on topics of interest for distribution to our client base
* Provision of monthly client programme reporting
* Provision of sales support including providing presentation materials and data analysis

You will have:

* Ideally an understanding of equity markets and corporate actions (not a prerequisite)
* Client advisory experience
* Proven client relationship skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Confidence and experience in liaising with senior management both internally and externally (Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Head of Investor Relations)
* Presentation skills
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
* A proactive, professional and innovative attitude
* Strong PC based skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* A willingness to travel
