VP, Relationship Manager recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Key relationship manager for intermediary bankers and ratings advisors in HK/China/ NE Asia
- Lead the Account Management team in Asia and proactively manage the largest Asian issuer relationships, and ensure achievement of new product sales targets
- Deliver on new mandates, market share, revenue, calling and relationship management objectives for the team
- Develop and implement a regional calling plan on prospective clients and key client accounts, as well as marketing activities with financial intermediaries
- Responsible for strategic marketing and relationship management to new and existing clients in the North Asia region (ex Japan and Korea)
- Coordination of specific account management activities and projects across the Asia Pacific region
- Partner well with business development peers located in China and Korea
- Keep abreast of market dynamics for all new ratings opportunities and communicate them to senior management
- Coordinate and oversee the Account Management function in the Asia Pacific region; work in conjunction with other regional Vice Presidents and the Head of Relationship Management.
Requirements:
- A University Graduate with at least 12 years of working experience in the financial services sector; candidates with a MBA or other post graduate/ professional qualifications (CFA/ CPA) is a definite plus
- A dynamic and experienced relationship/ account manager with strong negotiation and business development skills
- Solid experience in Syndications/ Debt Capital Markets/ Relationship Management for Large Listed Corporations/ Global MNCs is a must
- Well versed in achieving success in negotiations using techniques developed in response to individual customer value propositions
- Candidates with extensive experience in credit analysis/ credit rating is a plus
- Excellent knowledge in debt products/ bond issuance
- Maintain close working relationships with internal stakeholders, senior analytical teams, and regional intermediaries
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
- Open to travel across the region
