VP, Sales Specialist recruitment
Job Responsibilities
- To establish a strong regional client base and strategically manage the clients’ account
- Maintain high level management contact with major industry participants
- To sell new and existing products to new and existing clients
- Achieve quarterly target or annual revenue goals
- Inform all clients about the company’s products, announcements, projects etc.
- Respond to clients’ enquiries rapidly and in a detailed way
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that all clients’ requests or inquiries are managed appropriately in order to deliver outstanding client satisfaction
- Keep accurate records regarding account visits, client conversations, finalized contracts, etc.
- Proactively obtain client feedback regarding clients’ satisfaction levels, new initiatives and future product development
- Provide feedback from clients regarding all business areas
- Translate business requirements into actions plans and align individual goals with the company’s objectives
- Search for ways to develop the company’s business effectively and efficiently
Experience and Qualifications
- Important, your Clientele must be : Asset Owners eg Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pensions, Endowments, and Insurance Companies
- Strong command of communication and time management skills and able to handle multiple projects
- Profound sales closing skills and strong track record for exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the global equity and fixed income markets
- Thorough understanding of the Investment Management Process
- At least 7 years sales experience and minimum 5 years of experience in the financial service industry
- Bachelors Degree imperative; MBA, Masters Degree and/or CFA charter holder preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Mandarin a plus
