VP – Secondary Syndications

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Participating in pricing discussions

- Developing secondary selldown and purchase strategy

- Preparing liquidity analysis and pricing comments

- Developing and maintaining pricing and investor liquidity database

- Tracking pricing levels

- Engaging in negotiations with other bankis/institutions/traders

- Managing seamless execution of secondary purcahses/sales

You will need to:

- Have experiance in distribution of loan syndications in an active, global bank

- Have experience of negotiating prices and placing leveraged deals within the institutional investor/fund market
