My client's Corporate Real Estate services function is responsible for managing a c42 million sq ft real estate portfolio that comprises c5,000 properties in over 50 countries around the world at a annual OPEX budget of £1.7bn pa

This role sits in the Business Performance Team within the Portfolio Optimisation Department. The Portfolio Optimisation Department is a Centre of Excellence that comprises 4 key components;

• Portfolio Data / MI / Business Performance analytics
• Real Estate Management Oversight
• Asset Management
• Systems Development

The main purpose of the role is as follows;

• Drive, lead, manage and deliver the CRES MI reporting strategic agenda including MI in response to Executive requirements. Build group wide relationships as well as with key vendors in order to drive the management information agenda.
• Design, drive and deliver MI reporting in an efficient manner including streamlining processes for effective production.
• Create and deliver key innovations within MI reporting and presentation strategy within CRES including online and digital formats.
• Deliver highly complex detailed MI and analytics in response to Management requirements, including analysis for development of options in response to Executive requirements.
• Excellent relationship management with Key Stakeholders within CRES but also to related group wide groups such as finance and sourcing in order to deliver best in class information presented in an outstanding format.
• Lead and deliver on projects and programmes relating to the MI agenda

Candidates must have at least 5 years experience with a strong background in Corporate Real Estate and MI. They should also experience of managing internal stakeholder relationships, understanding what data they need and how that data should be presented. Demonstrable project management experience is desirable.
