VP – Strategy recruitment
Candidate profile
1. Junior VP Profile with 4-5 years of working experience/ Associate with 2-3 years of working experience
2. Strong background in Financial Institutions or Wealth Management and Strategy/Business Development
3. Post graduate studies in Business or Finance, i.e. MBA or MSc from Tier 1 universities (EU/US)
4. Project Management experience for large projects in strategy and business planning
5. Previous international business exposure
6. Strong quantitative background (Excel is mandatory)
7. Good presentation and communication skills (Powerpoint + soft skills to ensure a smooth integration in the group)
8. Fluent in English. Additional language is a plus
Job Description within PWM Global Strategy Team: 1. Annual strategic Planning process for PWM: Liaise with Senior Management to set financial projections Co-ordinate budget objectives with all regional COOs and GMT Heads 2. Cost and resource management: Co-ordinate presentation and communication of EC to GEC / GMTs / OpCo Ensure budget discipline, monitor hiring ,define internal cost allocation rules 3. Manage the QRM and Annual Planning Process: Establish high level top down targets with Senior Management to manage GEC expectations Manage expectations between DB Group and PWM 4. Develop PWM Global Strategy initiatives: Initiate analysis on future business development initiatives for PWM and its operating regions (US, APAC, EMEA, Germany) Propose and frame initiatives for PWM ExCo Liaise with PWM Finance in framing the financials behind initiatives Manage Financial expectations between DB Group and PWM Team work
Support Senior Management with ExCo and OpCo preparations; actively provide inputs on key issues to be addresses Manage and coordinate workflow across PWM regions and within DB support functions (Finance, Group Planning, MA, Communication etc...)
