VP – Structured Finance Advisory Boutique (Infra & Energy) recruitment
THE FIRM
Set up in 2009 by 3 of the market's best known Structured Finance MDs, this boutique has built a very strong and profitable base, and now seeks to grow through the high-impact hire of a top calibre VP.
THE ROLE
You will join a team of 6, with 3 Partners and 3 Associates/Analysts. You will be expected to bridge this gap, leading and closing deals, but also taking a certain amount of responsibility from the Partners. You will be expected to have a strong network within the Infrastructure/Energy space, a solid track record of doing deals, and ideally a mix of arranging and advisory experience.
THE CANDIDATE
- Top calibre academics
- 5-10 years total experience
- Experience on a TOP TIER Structured Finance platform
- Strong deal experience across Infrastructure Energy
- Solid technical skills
- Solid business development skills
- A mixture of arrnaging and advisory mandates
