VP, Structured Trade and Commodity Finance recruitment
DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the Energy, Oil and Gas portfolio - origination, relationship management, credit risk analysis, credit applications through approval, coordinate documentation, ongoing execution of trade transactions, trade letters of credit and funding process, monitoring of account performance, and ensuring compliance with credit and lending policies and procedures in a timely manner.
EXPERIENCE: Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Business Economics or equivalent education and training; minimum 5 - 7 years related work experience, minimum 2 - 3 years of which are in an Oil, Gas and/or Energy company or commodity finance team of a bank, tasked with trade finance, credit and trade risk analysis, letters of credit and account administration of trade transactions.
SKILLS: Detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a marketing unit in a deal-focused, cooperative and constructive manner; has existing business contacts and professional relationships in the global Oil, Gas and Energy sector; excellent verbal and written communication skills; high proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. May occasionally require attendance in conference calls in different time zones; able to travel from time to time.
This position will be located in the New York Office.
