About our client
We are working with one of the world’s leading real estate investment firms who are recruiting a VP/ Senior VP to join their asset management team in London. This team is focused on both supporting future investments, exits and managing the existing portfolio.
Responsibilities
- As part of the asset management team, you will analyse new investments, oversee and execute operational improvements to the existing portfolio and write and execute business plans for new investments. You will work both on new investments and the existing portfolio and exits. You will analyse the performance of the existing portfolio. You will have some exposure to financial modelling and valuations but this will not be a core part of the role
Skills we’re looking for
- Experience of working on European real estate private equity transactions
- Strong real estate operational asset management experience
- A track record of leading successful operational improvement programmes within European real estate businesses
- Experience of working in the hotels sector is strongly preferred
