VP Syndications
Full Job Description
The successful candidate will be number two in the syndications team with potential to step up to head of level in due course. The role will combine managing-selling an existing portfolio of loans, predominately Project Finance, with the syndications - distribution of new transactions. Although Project Finance is the main focus, there will be Leveraged and Structured Trade Finance too.
Responsibilities:
- Origination of new loan syndications opportunities.
- Managing - managing down of existing portfolio of loans.
- Preparation of credit applications.
- Structuring, Execution and Syndication of Project Finance, Leveraged Finance and Structured Trade Finance.
We are looking for candidates with a strong track record in syndications, particularly in the Project Finance arena in London.
You will have:
- Excellent contacts in the Syndications space in London.
- Strong experience of Project Finance and related transactions.
- The potential to lead the team going forward.
