VP Tech Lead recruitment
Our client is a leading global financial institution. The role will suit experienced individuals who have a strong technical background and experience leading delivery. The successful candidate will be operating as a technical lead within Futures and Options clearing.
Responsibilities
- You will provide hands on expertise at a senior level whilst guiding and advising other junior team members
- Hands on coding – this will be high percentage of the job
- Architecture – be involved in design and rollout
- Interacting with global counterparts
Requirements
- 10 + years experience
- Derivatives experience preferred
- You will have extensive core Java experience
- You will have extensive database experience(ideally Sybase)
- proven track record in building and rolling out high performance, scalable systems.
- Experience within clearing specifically or generally the back office is desirable but not mandatory.
- Overall you will also display a strong understanding of system architecture and have experience working on large high profile, global projects.
