VP -Technical Analysis recruitment
Our client is a regional private equity whereby their investment decisions are driven by a holistic methodology that integrates technical analysis, top-down fundamental strategy, value and financial history. Responsibilities:
- Timely identification of emerging cyclical and secular themes across global markets and all asset classes which translate into actionable investment recommendations
- Identify opportunities to buy and sell assets
- Focus on the art of technical analysis and always keep it simple
- This role does not have any portfolio management responsibilities
- Communication of analysis and recommendations in weekly technical analysis and flash reports
- Work with the rest of the Capital department to integrate technical analysis into the broad range of research products
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge in capital markets
- Have big-picture top-down strategy skills combined with an advanced understanding of technical analysis
- Be a self starter and work effectively with minimum guidance
- University Degree, master’s is being preferred
- At least 3-5 years as a cross-asset class Technical Analyst in a respectable financial institution/investment research house. A background/interest in the arts or biology would be preferred.
