Working closely with your regional counterparts, you will be responsible for advisory, development and controls as well as training for the regional CTO organization.
Your daily duties will include
- Advisory to the business on banking technology, outsourcing, cross border, data privacy compliance issues
- Pro actively identify material regulatory risks and provide input to any regulatory consultation papers
- Develop policy and framework around outsourcing as well as data protection and privacy as well as manage the monitoring initiatives for outsourcing, technology as well as banking secrecy.
- Identify training needs for the business and provide relevant training on issues
- Contribute to the design of relevant compliance monitoring initiatives for outsourcing, banking technology, data protection and banking secrecy
Degree qualified, you should have at last 7 years of relevant banking technology compliance experience with a global bank. You must be well versed in outsourcing compliance/risk issues, banking secrecy act in Singapore as well as data privacy regulations in Asia Pacific. Effective written and verbal communications will be essential to success
