About the Opportunity
Reporting to the SVP, Technology Services, this position is responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of Epsilon’s Technical Delivery teams in Wakefield, MA. The position will interface with both client teams and internal delivery teams to ensure timely, efficient and profitable multi-channel marketing programs are executed throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal Technical Delivery teams on both online offline data-driven marketing programs.
- Function as Project/Program Manager for development, internal system and agency project implementations.
- Participate in Statement of Work and Service Agreements for technology centric engagements.
- Drive project plans to successful completion and manage resource utilization.
- Provide primary client interface regarding technical delivery.
- Establish client specific team goals necessary for success.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and increased client satisfaction.
- Lead Technical Delivery organization of 15+ employees.
- Manage engagement profitability through effective Profit Loss understanding
Qualifications
- 12+ years of Technology Project Management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced degree preferred.
- Expert knowledge in areas of Technical Delivery Management and database driven marketing programs.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of client service.
- Prior experience in both managing and motivating a staff of employees.
- Demonstrated ability to define execute strategic initiatives
