Based in Singapore, this leading Asian Bank is seeking the talents of a VP of Technology Solutions.
As the VP of Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for the delivery of banking applications for a high value contact centre and CRM System Upgrade. You will also be responsible for managing a team of business analysts, providing technical advice a good understanding of technology risk including solutions. This is a lead role that requires you to have a good understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing in the CRM Contact Centre environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Be degree qualified in IT or equivalent
- Demonstrating experience in Business Intelligence Data Warehousing
- Experience in implementing computer telephony and Credit processing/central liability/credit risk applications or Payment/trade applications
- Experience in implementing BI/DW CRM preferably with experience in Teradata
- Strong experience in Project Management/Team Leader Business Analysis in IT within the finance/banking industry, projects to be over S$10M in size
- Demonstrated focus on quality
- Demonstrated regional exposure across Asia
- Be willing to travel regionally
- Possess excellent skills in English, both written verbal
