VP- Third Party Sales (Asset Management) recruitment

This individual will be expected to source new client relationships and to manintain and grow existing book of businesses with third party intermediaries in Singapore and SE Asia region.

The key responsibilities will be to engage and develop strong business relationships with global and regional private banks, IFAs, Insurance and potentially retail network to build a strong pipeline of funds flow in the region. You will be responsible for marketing the full range of products and services that drive asset flows into mutual funds in the region and have direct responsibility and sales targets. You will be obviously required to work closely with the TPD Sales team globally and contribute to developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy.

The candidate should have strong connections with the major intermediaries in the region, those with retail fund sales experience will be an advantage. A high calibre and energetic individual with a minimum of five years experience in a distribution role and a detailed understanding and knowledge of the key factors driving TPD markets in AeJ. You should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and orientation towards teamwork and self-motivation are keys to success in this role.

You should possess a sales oriented personality, a resilient temperament, be outgoing and resourceful. Strong fluency in English is a must and having other Asian languages will be an advantage.
