VP - European Sales Account Management BeNeLux

Do you want to be the VP European Sales for an International operating company that provides independent data, valuations trade processing across all asset classes for over 1500 institutions? This position is based in Amsterdam or London

The ideal candidate has:

* A master's degree
* Relevant professional sales experience (from a data, financial software, banking background)
* Sufficient knowledge and experience of capital markets, OTC derivatives and structured credit
* Experience in managing complex sales processes and affinity for the Web based solutions
* Excellent (oral and written) communication skills in English and preferably Dutch
* Strong inter-personal, influencing, analytical, communication problem-solving skills
* A self-starting, driven, assertive and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for all aspects of business development
* You will be integral to the team structure - work closely with the Heads of Sales, its business development representatives and Sales support.
* You will generate a lead pipeline for new business and existing clients
* You will assist in the budgeting process
* You will cross-sell within existing and new business accounts
* You will identify the client needs and feedback for any cross selling opportunities to relevant product line Business Development teams
* You will report of actual versus budgeted sales on a regular basis
* You will assist in the implementation of all marketing related activities which would include: conference/ sponsorship participation, sales collateral production, client entertainment; association memberships
* You will have a consultative approach to establish long term relationships and partnership opportunities
* You will identify new and innovative product development opportunities with key accounts
* You will identify potential and solutions for enterprise-wide or single desks across front, middle and back office
