The role
Due to the deals they are involved with the role will involve some origination and lots of execution;
- Management of Complex Deals
- Delegation of Research information for various sectors and projects
- Direction and Management of FIG Deals (full Execution)
- Training, Mentoring and Management of Staff
- Value add thinking for clients
- Client management
Key Requirements
- 7 years plus FIG MA experience - Deep expertise in UK and or European cross border transactions - Experience with a top tier IB or better known Boutique
- Financial modelling skills
- Project management experience (but still hands on)
- Deep knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally investment banking and wealth management with perhaps insurance
- International outlook: must have worked across multiple countries
- Languages: English is a must; Other European languages are highly advantageous but not a must
- Overseas candidates will be considered if they have a serious interest in moving to London AND fulfil all the requirements (esp. deep FIG MA experience)
