VP/Business Analyst, Technology Management recruitment
This is a VP level opportunity with a Global Banking Giant for their Technology Business Management office. This is a regional role offers an exciting career opportunity for candidates with analytical skills to grow into leadership roles.
The Business Analyst/Manager will hold the responsibility for strategy and Planning operational aspects of the Technology Business management Office. The Technology business management office will look after all aspects of technology strategy management, dissemination, implementation review based activities. The office extensively uses web based tools like SharePoint for knowledge management so past experience on such intranet portals web based tools is essential for the role.
Job Description:
- Preparing senior management presentations, with analysis on various technology strategic subjects
- Consolidate and compile key strategy documents for Technology teams and coordinate industry benchmark analysis in partnership with external benchmarking agencies.
- Overall Web site manager in-charge of maintaining the Web portal / SharePoint with the support of the Web Administrator. Provide guidance to the Web Administrator on all high-level content and centralized web resources (scripts, templates, images).
- Responsible for regional employee engagement website rollout.
- Automate manual processes in day-to-day business office activities by providing business requirements for automation and to work with Automation team to develop and rollout these online tools.
- Reporting Regional Co-ordination and reviews together with KPI goals reporting
Job Skills:
Experience in managing business office activity is preferred, together with knowledge on website creation and maintenance is required for this role. Effective communication presentation skills using variety of Office Software tools is a must to be successful in this role.
