VP/Director – Project Finance recruitment
Our client is a leading Asia bank with significant track record participating in major structured finance / project finance arena throughout Asia. With its continued growing strategy, their Project Finance desk is establishing a presence in Singapore to serve mainly South and South East Asia based clients. The first phase of hiring will focus on finding a VP / director level project finance professional.
You will be responsible for originating new transaction opportunities, preparing marketing material for arranging and financial advisory mandates, negotiating term sheets with sponsors and relevant financial parties. You will conduct detailed and comprehensive financial analysis, coordinate due diligence process and following up with projects (in portfolio) to assess the evolution of their risk profile. It’s important to coordinate both internal and external stakeholders and counterparties, and to ensure / negotiate proper documentation with relevant parties.
You will have relevant project finance experience from a reputable bank, and have strong existing networks of clients and counterparty financial institutions. Strong analytical, communication, influencing and leadership skills are imperative for this position.
