VP/Director Marketing
This role is responsible for development of marketing strategy and marketing campaigns. The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing and producing all communication materials. The role will perform project management as well as track and analyze the performance of the marketing projects. The incumbent will work with different businesses units across the region to roll out marketing initiatives. The incumbent will work with institutional and private clients across Asia.
To succeed in this role you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:
- At least 6-8 years of marketing experience within financial institutions
- Strong product knowledge with keen understanding in investment marketing/communication requirements in the distribution scene
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work with people from all levels and solicit strong support from colleagues and fellow team mates from other business units in the region
- Dynamic, creative and, resourceful in finding solutions when face with new situations or testing new grounds
- Excellent command of English; Mandarin language would be preferred as there will be interaction with China key stakeholders
- Result oriented with attention to details in execution of marketing activities
- A positive attitude with good business acumen and willingness to be hands-on in execution
