Job Responsibilities: Job Duties will consist of supporting the Video Teleconference Operations Center: " Responsible for setting-up, maintaining, operating, and scheduling video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment. " Candidate should be proficient with the following equipment (Telepresence Management Suite (TMS), Codian MCU, Cisco VCS, and Cisco Content Server " Troubleshoot connection anomalies to ensure optimum operation " Schedules VTC sessions using both TMS and VC Wizard " Provides customer support and limited familiarization training on conference room equipment " Perform basic troubleshooting and problem solving of all A/V equipment in integrated conference rooms Job Qualifications: " At least 3-5 years of VTC experience " Good customer service skills " End-user AV/VTC Support Experience " Expertise in maintaining AV/VTC systems across multiple security levels " Familiarity with AMX Touch Panels " Proficient with TMS/RMS scheduling tools. " Experienced with Tandberg/Cisco video codec's (MXP series, C series) " Possess ability to work between the hours 6am-6pm " Good technical writing verbal communication skills " Basic IP trouble shooting skills WORKING CONDITIONS: The work is typically performed in an office environment and at client site locations, which requires proper safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment. Years of Experience: 2-5 years of directly related experience in network administration and support. Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
