Recruitment is a consultative sales role, where you will be identifying new clients, developing existing clients, selling our recruitment services, finding candidates with the specific niche skills and negotiating salaries and rates. To be successful you need to be a confident communicator, have excellent sales skills, and the ability to build relationships easily with the desire to work in a target orientated, competitive environment.
Your career will start with extensive training, as well as 1-1 coaching, and both technical and sales training. The commitment to you will be to make sure that you have the wealth of knowledge and specific skill set needed to become a successful recruitment consultant.
The basic salary is £18k, with a first year OTE of £35k-£50k, commission is uncapped, so the sky really is the limit when it comes to earnings. Offering exciting incentives including lunches to top restaurants, holidays and car targets.
