Want to work for a Corporate Finance boutique within their Valuations team? recruitment

My client is growing and looking to recruit a further Assistant Director to share the workload.

The role will be focused on providing valuation advice to their broad spectrum of clients, including repeat work and ad hoc assignments

o Report writing

o Financial modelling

o Business analysis

o Meeting and speaking with clients to understand their businesses and requirements

o Mix of leading assignments and working alongside fellow directors to deliver projects

It is important that you are a self-motivated team player with a genuine interest in business valuation and intellectual property and have the following skills:

o Ability to understand and interpret financial information – ideally with financial qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA etc

o Good financial modelling skills in Excel

o Strong report writing skills

o Good communication and client-handling skills

o Previous experience of valuations, either from another direct valuation role, or through corporate finance or similar position
