Adelene Retirement Village is a charitable organisation that has been operating in Wyoming since 1979. Our village consists of a Nursing Home, a Hostel and Self Care Units.
We have recently undertaken improvements and are now looking for staff to fill a number of newly created positions.

REGISTERED NURSE –
Part Time, 5.5 hours per day, 9 day fortnight for our newly established pain management centre
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Current Division 1 Nurses Registration with AHPRA
- Proven experience and training in pain management techniques
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven supervisory skills
CARE SERVICE EMPLOYEE GRADE 2 –
Part Time and Casual
We have a number of positions available for morning, afternoon and night shift
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Minimum of Certificate III qualifications to work in Aged Care
- Flexibility to work shifts as allocated
- Excellent organisation skills
- Effective communication skills
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT –
Part Time, 5 hours per day, Monday – Friday This position will be based in our Nursing Home
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Administration experience in a fast paced working environment
- The ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent organisation skills
- Experience in all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to accounts work
- Previous experience in a clinical environment would be an advantage
WARDSPERSON –
Part Time, 5 hours per day, Monday – Friday
This position will include preventative maintenance and some cleaning as well as interaction with residents.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Proven purchasing experience
- Experience in maintenance and cleaning work
- Experience working in a clinical environment
- Excellent organisation skills
- High level computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working with a computer based purchasing system would be an advantage
DRIVER / SUPPORT PERSON –
Part Time, 7 hours per day, Monday – Friday
This position will include maintenance support and cleaning
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Good communication skills and the ability to relate to the elderly
- Experience in general cleaning
- The ability to drive a golf buggy
- Experience in general maintenance and gardening
- Effective communication skills
