FULFILLMENT CENTER TEAM MEMBERS
• Receive, store, pick and ship merchandise to Target.com guests
• Safely operate power equipment (i.e., forklift, order picker, battery changers, scissor lifts, etc.)
• Match individual products to pack slips and pack outer cartons in a way that ensures a quality guest experience
• Complete job tasks accurately and on time, identify and communicate ways to improve quality, and contribute to overall Fulfillment Center results
Requirements
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs throughout a shift
• Accurately perform basic math skills
• Ability to read, utilize matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Able to operate computer systems with minimal direction after receiving training
• Able to operate all power equipment safely
