Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift

Eaton Hydraulics in Cleveland, TN has an opening for a Warehouse Associate ?" 3rd Shift. This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, pulling, packaging, labeling, palletizing, weighing and shipping products to maintain inventory in the warehouse and to pull/fill orders for shipments to customers accurately and on time. Warehouse Associates will be asked to flex to different jobs within the warehouse as business need requires. Essential Job Functions of this role include but are not limited to: - Replenishment of all products for picking locations. - Put away stock from the receiving area. - Process pallet picks. - Pull, package, label, pull/fill orders for shipments to customers accurately and on time. - Stock, operate and read hand-held RF Unit to ascertain part number, quantity and location of products. - Determine product and location and pull the correct amount of product to accurately fill orders. - Operate carousel to pick and pack orders. - Consolidate orders and perform shipping functions. Preferences: - Have experience operating a stand-up reach truck. - Knowledge of MFG Pro ?" RF Unit a plus. - Ability to lift 40lbs on a regular basis and lift 75lbs on an occasional basis. - Basic math skills (addition and subtraction). - Ability to read and understand basic English (functional literacy for warehouse environment). - Demonstrated prior ability to work with minimal supervision, to be efficiently self-directed. - Capable of accurate reading and processing all types of alphanumeric data to accurately stock and pull products to meet customer orders. - Ability to efficiently and safely move parts carts, reach, lift, twist, bend and climb 8 ?? ladder to stock, audit or retrieve product. - Ability or willingness to learn forklift operation, use of pallet jack, push cart, tape gun, box cutter, calculator, electronic scale, bar code scanning device and other similar warehouse devices. - Demonstrated temperament to make sound decisions while working in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated capability to be an effective and supportive member of cross-functional self-directed work teams. - Willingness and ability to regularly meet normal work requirements (1) Capable of picking an average of 24 lines (fittings parts) per hour, and (2) Perform necessary ??housekeeping ?? activities throughout each workday. - Ability to work any shift, as required.
