Job Description

The Warehouse role directly supports the Mission of Hallmark by:

·         Receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of our products, samples and literature

·         Performing these activities with accuracy and the safety of the product and employees

·         Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment

·         Greeting customers, answering/routing/helping with incoming calls, as required

·         Interfacing with other Hallmark Associates to provide assistance and suggestions.

·         Being backup capacity for Customer Service/Order Entry as required

·         Processing Will Call Orders

·         Cutting material as needed

·         Receiving and putting away product and supplies

·         Staging product for shipment

·         Assisting in physical inventory/cycle counting

Job Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent GED

·         2+ years of Warehouse experience

·         Prefer stone/slab handling experience

·         Certified Forklift Operator preferred

·         Genuine desire to help the customer while judiciously managing Hallmark resources

·         Effective communication skills: verbal and written communication skills including good telephone skills

·         Proficient in PC computer and typing skills

·         Effective organizational skills

·         Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook required. CRM database software experience desired.
