Job Description:
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintains all records required for receiving and outgoing shipments. Verifies rates of freight charges and may operate a forklift. Packs and ships outgoing material. Prepares and maintains shipping records, makes up bills of lading, maintains records of goods received. Verifies accuracy of incoming shipments against bills of lading, maintains records of good received. Rejects damaged goods or materials and corresponds with shipper via telephone, fax, or in person to adjust damages or shortages. Makes deliveries to jobsites as required. Loads and unloads material from cards or trucks, must be able to lift 60 lbs. Responsible for maintaining stock levels. High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years warehousing experience A valid state driver's license Knowledgeable of computers
