We are looking for a Inventory Clerk that is responsible for maintaining accurate accounts of all goods received, stored and shipped out of the Edwardsville facility.  Also, the Inventory Clerk is responsible for reporting data to the appropriate personnel.  

 

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

 

1.                  Responsible for generating finished good labels as needed during second shift.

 

2.                  Responsible for checking consumption at the end of first and second shifts.

 

3.                  Will assist Production with fixing posting and consumption errors.

 

4.                  Responsible for communicating via email with the Inventory and Production managers about errors made by Quality leaders.

 

5.                  Must update the Production error report for any issues that arise during second shift.

 

6.                  Responsible for physically inspecting and counting all remaining end of run materials on the production line.

 

7.                  Responsible for creating the end of run pallet for the Production Quality line lead for each production line. The pallet label will contain the following information: item #, quantity, lot #, expiration date (if applicable), and category (good product, rejects, etc.)

 

8.                  Responsible for printing the end of run labels and placing the correct end of run label onto the pallet. Also prepares the pallet for location movement in the warehouse.

 

9.                  Ensures that no pallet leaves the end of run area without an appropriate.                

 

10.              Will help maintain the aged location report by checking the line locations once end of run has been completed.

 

11.              Responsible for receiving, labeling and posting inbounds shipments into Navision during second shift.

 

12.              Responsible for communicating to the Inventory Manager when unable to complete a task

 

13.              Must have SAP experience

 

14.              Responsible for any other tasks given by the Inventory Manager.
