Warehouse Manager

Our client, a leading distributor of building products, is currently looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Manager to join their friendly team.

Reporting to the Site Manager, your main duties will include:

• Managing sales orders, pick ups and deliveries

• Staff management and coordination of a small team

• Checking quality standards of products received/ dispatched

• Ordering of warehouse packaging stock

• Ensuring timely receipt of stock and shelf replenishment

• Undertaking cyclic and periodic stock takes

• Liaise with trade staff, customers, architects and suppliers

• Ensuring OHS policies are adhered to within the warehouse

This position will suit someone with previous staff management and warehouse operations experience with good problem solving skills.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Previous warehouse supervisor experience in warehouse operations

• Experience leading a small team

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• NSW forklift licence

• Excellent communication problems solving skills

• Competent computer skills across Word Excel

• Understanding of OHS requirements
